MESI Handcrafted Spices

Here at MESI Woodshop & Spice House we only use natural (organic when possible), wildcrafted spices, herbs, and botanicals when handcrafting our products ...and you can taste it!

From the grill, smoker, fire pit to the kitchen, there's no better compliment to our shop's creations (cutting boards, serving trays, charcuterie boards, knife holders) than MESI's custom mixed spice blends.

Did you know:

Spices are the bark, root, fruit, or berry of a tropical, perennial plant
Herbs are the leaves of annual and perennial shrubs that grow in temperate zones
Seeds are derived from annual plants and include anise, caraway, cardamom, celery, coriander, cumin, dill, fennel, mustard, poppy, sesame…
Seasonings are blends of spices, herbs, seeds (and/or salt)
