Here at MESI Woodshop and Spice House we only use natural, organic, wildcrafted spices, herbs, and botanicals. When handcrafting our custom blended, small batch, mixes we're very selective when it comes to sourcing our organics, and you can taste it!

MESI's organic Blackened Seasoning Mix is excellent for use in a smoker or baking in an oven.
