Each cookie kit is handcrafted by MESI Woodshop & Spice House, featuring family-tested and approved recipes.

Servings:
Makes 24 (2 Dozen) delicious artisan cookies

Ingredients:
No additional additives or preservatives are used in this recipe:

  • White Flour
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cane Sugar
  • Semi-Sweet Large Chunk Chocolate Chips
  • Baking Powder
  • Corn Starch
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt

Moist ingredients needed from your refrigerator:

Preparation Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine:
    • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Vanilla
    • 6 Tablespoons butter (cut into cubes)
    • Lightly beaten large eggs
  2. Add the Chocolate Chunk Overload Cookie Jar Mix to the mixing bowl
  3. Mix dry and moist ingredients until combined well and cookie dough is moist and sticks together. This may take a few minutes based on your mixer (Speed: 1  then 2) 
  4. Place Chocolate Chunk Overload cookie dough in refrigerator to cool (while oven is heating)
  5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  6. On 2 lined cookie sheet, "drop" a spoonful size of dough (small golfball size). Cookies will spread as they bake. Using your fingers and press dough down a little. The cookies will flatten during the last few minutes of baking) 
  7. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes
  8. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before enjoying (or they will fall apart)
