Servings: Makes 36 (3 Dozen) delicious artisan cookies

Ingredients: No additional additives or preservatives are used in this recipe:

• Brown Sugar
• Flour
• Baking Powder
• Baking Soda
• Salt

Moist ingredients needed from your refrigerator or pantry:

• Butter
• Eggs
• Vanilla

Preparation Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Then, in a 2.5 quart pot melt 6 tablespoons of butter then turn off heat
3. Next, combine dry ingredients, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and stir until well incorporated
4. Then, in a 9 x 13 glass “Pyrex” greased dish (Pam), place cookie dough along the bottom, slightly spread it out dough but don’t worry, it will spread as it bakes and it will fill the entire dish
5. Next, bake cookies for 23-25 minutes or until their edges are lightly browned
6. Finally, let cookies cool, then cut into squares
7. Optional (but highly recommended) – dust the squares with powder sugar
