Ingredients: No additional additives or preservatives are used in this recipe:
- Almond Flour (Unblanched)
- Brown Sugar Cane Sugar
- Chocolate Chips
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Corn Starch
- Xanthan
- Salt
Moist ingredients needed from your refrigerator or pantry:
- Butter – Room Temperature
- Vanilla Extract
Preparation Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine:
5 Tablespoons butter (cut into cubes)
1 Lightly beaten large egg
1 1/2 Teaspoons of vanilla extract
4 Tablespoons of maple syrup
2. Add the Chocolate Chunk Overload Cookie Jar Mix to the mixing bowl.
3. Next, mix the dry and moist ingredients until well combined and the dough becomes moist and sticks together. This may take a few minutes depending on your mixer (Speed: 1, then 2).
4. Then, place the Chocolate Chunk Overload cookie dough in the refrigerator to cool while the oven heats.
5. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F.
6. After that, on two lined cookie sheets, drop spoonful-sized portions of dough (about the size of a small golf ball), then gently press them down with your fingers. The cookies will spread as they bake.
7.Next, bake for 11–13 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
8. Finally, let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before enjoying (otherwise, they may fall apart).
